Does this license allow for multi-users?
No, the license is for a single-user, meaning only the person purchasing the resource is licensed to use it. The single user may use the resources across no more than three active devices. If you require a license for a team, please contact me for bespoke licensing options.

Sophia J Caldwell’s Resources are protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties. Sophia J Caldwell owns all rights, including copyrights to the Resources. Your rights to use the Resources are subject to the terms stated below and are conditional upon you making payment to Sophia J Caldwell for the usage rights of the Resources. Sophia J Caldwell reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and License.
This license agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Sophia J Caldwell (“Licensor”, “I” or “my”) setting forth the rights and obligations with respect to the digital content (“Resources”) licensed by you.
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Resources anywhere in the world belong to Sophia J Caldwell, that rights in the Resources are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Resources other than the right to use them in accordance with the terms of this License.
By purchasing the right to use the Resources you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, Sophia J Caldwell will not license the Resources to you, and you must discontinue to use the Resources.

Restricted Uses:
a. No Products for Resale: You may not use the Resources to make products for resale including, but not limited to, wallpaper, fabric, mugs, greeting cards, printed art, stationery items, paper products, stamps, calendars, branded merchandise, apparel, etc
b. No Standalone File Use: You may not use the Resources in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute content as a standalone file.
c. No Use in Trademark: You may not register as a trademark the Resources or any design incorporating the Resources.
d. No False Representation of Authorship: You may not falsely represent, expressly or by way of reasonable implication, that any Resource was created by you or a person other than Sophia J Caldwell. If you modify or manipulate the Resource or incorporate it into other content and make a derivative work from it, Sophia J Caldwell will retain all right, title and ownership in the Resource and the resulting derivate work is subject to the terms of this License.
e. No Sub-licensing: The rights granted to you are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that you cannot transfer or sub-license them to anyone else.
f. No Large-Scale Corporate Use: You may not use the Resources in projects for a company whose annual revenue is more than $25 million USD.
g. No Multi-User: The Licensee is permitted to use the Resources on a maximum of three active devices simultaneously. The Licensee acknowledges that the License granted for the Resources is solely for their use and not multiple users.
h. No Machine Learning, AI, or Biometric Technology Use: You may not use the Resources for any machine learning and/or artificial intelligence purposes.
i. No Unlawful Use: You may not use the Resources in a manner that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially, or ethnically offensive, humiliating to other people (publicly or otherwise), libelous, obscene, threatening, profane, or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group, individual, or is otherwise objectionable.
Limitation on Liability:
You acknowledge that Resources have not been developed to meet your individual requirements, and that it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the facilities and functions of the Resources meet your requirements. Sophia J Caldwell does not warrant that the operation of the Resources will be uninterrupted or error free. Under no circumstances will Sophia J Caldwell be liable to you or any third party for any special, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, savings, or business interruption because of the Resources being defective.
